You should learn how to edit sounds, put in an effect or edit the fitness gram (or whatever that running shit was) so its sounds like its muffled and actually sounds like its coming from the headphones.
Give your cartoons more substance. This cartoon has nothing really going on and the punchline wasn't that good. Maybe add a couple a scenes where the other two character find out what he is listening to and react to it? I dont know just give something more that what you have already
also mouths dont move like that, give the mouth movment more frames so they dont go that fast

The artstyle is pretty bad color wise, expression wise.
the famliy guy-esque eye shapes dont give alot of expression to the character, all the work is done by the eyebrows and eyelids and they dont get the job done alone. Try to do a better job at drawing eye shapes and change them up with different expressions.
Some figure practice or any drawing practice in general will help you out a bunch, your line work is awful looking at the head shapes, the stiffness on the hair , perspective on the the table , and other various shapes lack any refinement. So just draw alot and try to improve
As for the color choices: they dont work together. Your choices are sometimes too saturated. I think the over saturation is the biggest problem, but im not 100% on color theory stuff, regardless you should study some of Ego's color choices when it came to backgrounds and such.
The character animations are kinda stiff, try giving them some frames to slow down before they come to a complete stop
I think you deserve some praise on Dan's hand movements at 0:25. They were a nice touch

very creative, I like it.
One thing I dont like are tweens, not my thing. I feel like you over rely on them. Some of the tweens stood out on me such as the galaxy girl's arm rotating around and the ayyylien's head nodding. they didnt look too good to me.
Sounds like the audio clipped at 4:48, you should have had the voice actor redo that line or fixed it yourself
"And the quarter back is toast" was the only line in this video that I didn't like. kinda cringey to me.
The backgrounds look great, hope you make more animations of this quality.

that sound the phones make is way too fucking loud, its even worse thats its a screeching sound
practice drawing facial expressions and proportions.
you should have made the phones ring or some shit, having the girl say "shut up, its ringing" and then being followed by silence is pretty bad.
the explosion sound does not match the phone breaking
Learn to mix audio better, thats the thing that I hope you take away the most. That jarring sound is not good, its fucking annoying

You should really take the time to practice drawing, I can appreciate some of the effort you put in, but the sub par drawings bring it down a notch or two
specifically in the human drawings.
